We are RINA certified for design.
The measurements of the goods required for the creation of ad-hoc packaging are carried out by our technicians with decades of experience, and during the design phase a certified calculation software of our exclusive property is used, capable of carrying out and verifying the structural calculations, providing precise results on the performance of the packaging components.
The result is an ad-hoc project equipped with an automatically generated 3D drawing of the packaging, and its augmented reality version, which allows you to verify its correspondence in real time.
At the same time as the design, packing lists are prepared, lashing plans are drawn up and the pre-shipment inspection of the goods is carried out by marine surveyors.

Production and construction
The production department is equipped with modern machines for cutting wood and panels, and assembly stations equipped with screens used by operators to always keep an eye on the processing sheets, where all the project specifications are reported. Thanks to this system we are sure that the design requirements are always respected.
During the processing phases, operators interact with our system, continuously providing new information on the execution status of the order, which is stored and preserved to maintain the traceability of the work and raw materials used.
Handling and storage
We carry out packaging delivery services everywhere with our own vehicles, and we organize collections or deliveries of goods with even special vehicles suitable for the type of transport required.
We have 19,000 square meters of covered warehouse space with a 35-ton overhead crane, a 25-ton fork lift and 8 loading bays.
We also have 60,000 square meters of uncovered yards for the storage of goods, and rooms with controlled temperature and humidity to receive perishable goods.
We offer customers the ability to monitor their goods and check their status, loading and unloading in real time from their Smartphone, tablet or PC.
All areas are equipped with video surveillance, security service and smoke detection systems.
Stowage
The stowage service is supported by our innovative system, which allows the traceability of the goods packed and/or loaded on the vehicles, including all processing phases.
The system is shared with our customers, offering them the possibility to view all operations in real time and download the final packing list in electronic format.
The system is also able to communicate directly with the customer's management system, which will be able to instantly create the documents necessary for shipping.
Real-time tracking
Our tracking system allows you to always be informed about the state of conservation and the position of the goods, once identified and registered. From that moment it is monitored in all phases until the loading and departure of the vehicle.
