Survey and design
We are RINA certified for design.
The surveys of the goods required for the creation of ad-hoc packaging are carried out by our technicians with decades of experience, and during the design phase we use our own certified calculation software, capable of carrying out and verifying structural calculations, providing precise analytical results on the performance of the packaging components.
The result is an ad-hoc design with an automatically generated 3D drawing of the packaging, and its augmented reality version, which allows its correspondence to be verified in real time.
At the same time as the design, packing lists are prepared, lashing plans drawn up and pre-shipment inspection of the goods carried out by marine surveyors.
Manufacturing and Construction
The production department is equipped with modern woodworking and panel cutting machines, and assembly workstations with screens used by the operators to keep track of the work sheets, where all design specifications are shown at all times. Thanks to this system we can be sure that the design requirements are always met.
Operators interact with our system during the machining phases, continuously providing new information on the execution status of the job, which is stored and retained to maintain traceability of the work and raw materials used.
Handling and storage
We carry out packaging delivery services everywhere with our own vehicles, and we organise pick-ups or deliveries of goods with even special vehicles suitable for the type of transport required.
We have 19,000 m2 of covered warehouse space with overhead cranes of up to 35 tonnes, fork lifts of up to 25 tonnes and 8 loading bays.
We also have 60,000 m2 of uncovered yards for storing goods, and temperature and humidity controlled rooms for receiving perishable goods.
We offer customers the possibility to monitor their goods and check their status, loads and unloads in real time from their Smartphone, tablet or PC.
All areas are equipped with video surveillance, security service and smoke detection systems.
Stowage

The stowage service is supported by our innovative system, which allows traceability of the goods packed and/or loaded onto the vehicles, including all processing stages.
The system is shared with our customers, offering them the possibility of viewing all operations in real time and downloading the final packing list in electronic format.
The system is also able to communicate directly with the customer's management system, which can instantly create the documents required for shipment.
Real-time tracking of all phases
Our tracking system allows you to be informed at all times about the status and location of the goods, once identified and registered. From then on, it is monitored at all stages up to the loading of the vehicle and its departure.
